We created an SEO optimised website for a leading Travel Education company with a dashboard to submit travel documents and show itineraries.
We were asked to develop a website for True Education Partnerships based off a design brief and brand guidelines. The website brief was a mix of a standard brochure site with enhanced blogging capabilities through a 'knowledge hub' and a 'School Dashboard'. The Dashboard functionality needed to allow schools to log-in and submit their vital documents for travel to China and also receive information such as itineraries.
In addition to this, we were asked to create all of their business documents and marketing materials such as business cards, letterheads, brochures and animated Powerpoint slides. The final part of the scope was to create a marketing strategy for Social Media, SEO and Email channels.
The website we developed aimed to create clear and concise sections to facilitate of TEP's audience (teachers, parents, students). By successfully funnelling the different user types to their necessary sections of the site, using clear CTA's, we significantly lowered the bounce rate of the website and increased time on site.
The 'School Dashboard' acts as a full travel companion for the travelling customers, they can submit all their vital documents straight to the TEP database where case handlers can access the documents. The dashboard also shows the user all of their itineraries and downloadable documents that are updated in real time. The site is SEO optimised and has a lot of first page rankings with consistently growing traffic in the thousands.
